Dress to Shine was paying for Meta traffic onto a slow storefront. Most sessions never reached the form. The page was built for browsing, not for the one action the ad promised.

The mismatch was structural rather than cosmetic. An ad makes a single, specific promise; the storefront answered with a catalogue and asked the visitor to find the thing again themselves. Paid traffic is the least patient traffic there is, and it left.

Leads that did arrive sat in email. There was no speed-to-lead, and no way to tell which creative paid for a fitting or a sale, so the ad account was optimising toward whichever creative produced the cheapest enquiry.

01

Rebuilt the conversion path

Fast, crawlable templates with one primary action per landing page, wired into GoHighLevel rather than a generic inbox. One page, one decision — the visitor is never asked to choose between three next steps.

02

Matched pages to the ads

Offer, product and appointment pages that continue the creative instead of dumping everyone on the homepage. The page opens on the same offer the ad promised, so the visitor does not have to re-find what brought them.

03

Closed Meta into booked appointments

Offline conversion import for fittings and sales, so bidding follows revenue instead of cheapest form fill. A booked fitting and an idle enquiry stopped counting as the same result.

04

Kept producing pages

Two landing pages a month against the tests that were winning, without waiting on a redesign cycle. Templates meant a new page was an afternoon rather than a project.

The same traffic, on the same budget, started converting at roughly twice the rate — because the page finally answered the ad instead of restarting the visitor's journey.

With fittings and sales imported back into the ad account, spend could follow the creative that produced revenue rather than the creative that produced the cheapest enquiry. The two shifts compound: better pages convert more of the traffic, and better signals buy more of the right traffic.
